Friend code (generated automatically)
Content you submit
Photos you upload for event generation (processed in real time and not stored)
Text prompts you enter for event creation (processed in real time and not stored)
Messages within events
Usage data
Number of generation requests and credits used
Events you create and participate in
Friend connections within the app
2 How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account
To generate AI-powered event cards from your photos and prompts
To send email verification and important service notifications
To enable social features (friends, shared events)
To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
To improve and maintain the app
3 Data Retention & Storage
Photos and text prompts submitted for event generation are processed in real time and are not stored
Other account data (email, name, username, avatar, friend connections, messages) is kept only
for as long as necessary to provide the app's functionality, and only until you delete your account
Email verification tokens expire after 24 hours
Session tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity
4 Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access — request a copy of your personal data
Correction — update your name, tag, or avatar at any time in the app
Deletion — permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account
Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

5 Children's Privacy
Meetify is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data,
please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant
changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Meetify after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
